This course examines advanced topics in accounting and finance, including SEC reporting, corporations in financial difficulty, multinational accounting and additional consolidation reporting issues. Relevant examples of current events comprise the foundational cases for this course. Prerequisites: Grade of "P" in MBA 500 .
