EX 470. Development of Strength and Conditioning Programs (3)


The development and administration of strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, and agility programs. Prerequisites: AH 200  or PE 200  or EX 240  and six (6) hours of athletic training or physical education.  Successful completion of this course prepares the student to sit for the NSCA CPT and/or NSCA CSCS.
