AFS 230. Team & Leadership Fundamentals (1)

This course is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of both leadership and team building. Students are taught leadership, followership, and problem solving. In 'Leadership and Team Fundamentals' students will apply leadership perspectives when completing team building activities and discussions. Students will demonstrate basic verbal and written communication skills. In addition, learning about the Air Force Core Values from AFS 110 and AFS 120 will be reinforced through the use of scenarios, and through several writing and briefing assignments. Leadership Laboratory is mandatory for AFROTC cadets and complements this course by providing cadets with followership experiences. Corequisites: AFS 201. Leadership Laboratory.
