PY 598. Psychology Practicum

Students will work 100 hours under a qualified professional in a mental health (or related) facility. This course may be repeated for a maximum of six semester hours. Prerequisites: At least a 3.0 GPA in graduate courses, PY 550 or PY 555 (Family Counseling majors only); PY 520 or PY 570 ; PY 526 , PY 527 , or PY 535 (Family Counseling majors only); no grade below a "B" in the required courses, and written permission of the Director of Counseling Psychology.
