Core Curriculum Requirements
Students transferring from Alabama public two-year and four-year colleges and universities should consult the AGSC site for complete details regarding Areas I-IV for all majors, including the list of approved courses for each institution. Specific requirements for students majoring in Business Administration at Alabama public two-year schools and for UWA pre-business administration majors are included below.

Area I - Written Composition (6 semester hours)
AGSC: No specific courses required beyond the AGSC requirements.
Area II - Humanities and Fine Arts (12 semester hours)
AGSC: There are no specific courses required for majors beyond the AGSC requirements, but the following course is strongly preferred:
