Conservation and Field Biology - Forestry Dual Degree

This program allows an undergraduate student to attend the University of West Alabama for approximately three years and then transfer to the School of Forestry at Auburn University. In order for a student to become a Dual-Degree candidate at Auburn University, he or she must have a recommendation from the Dean of the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of West Alabama, have a 3.0 grade point average in the required work at UWA, and satisfy the admission requirements of the College of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences at Auburn University. After completing the academic requirements of the two cooperating institutions, the student will be awarded a Bachelor of Science in Conservation and Field Biology from the University of West Alabama and a Master of Natural Resources with a Professional Forrester concentration from Auburn University.
