EX 470. Development of Strength and Conditioning Programs (3) The development and administration of strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, and agility programs. Successful completion of this course prepares the student to sit for the NSCA CPT and/or NSCA CSCS exam. BY 232 is recommended, but not required to be taken before or during this course. Prerequisites: BY 231, PE 152 and AH 200 or EX 200 or HPE 200 or PE 200 or SM 200 and six hours from the following: Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Physical Education and/or Sport Management.
