EX 470. Development of Strength and Conditioning Programs Credits: 3 The development and administration of strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, and agility programs. Successful completion of this course prepares the student to sit for the NSCA CPT and/or NSCA CSCS exam. BY 232 is recommended, but not required to be taken before or during this course. Prerequisites: BY 231, PE 152 and AH 200 or EX 200 or HPE 200 or PE 200 or SM 200 and six hours from the following: Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Physical Education and/or Sport Management.
