Critical readings, lectures, and discussions of selected topics not generally included in course offerings. Course content and format determined by students' interests and instructor expertise. Appropriate for advanced-stage Anthropology minors. No more than six (6) hours of AN 498 may be used for minor credit without advanced permission of the department chair. Prerequisites: AN 100 and at least six (6) additional hours of 300- and 400-level anthropology courses.
