CET 310. Ethics in CET
Credits: 3
An introduction to theories of ethics as related to the use of computer and information technology and the associated social and ethical implications. Includes intellectual property, copyright, computer crime, ownership of personal data, freedom of speech, the right to privacy, and codes of ethical and professional conduct for IT practitioners. Prerequisites: "C" or higher in CET 205 and junior/senior standing or permission of the Dean.
