Fundamentals of developing and designing effective web pages and mobile apps, using XHTML, programming, graphics, CSS, audio, and video files. Visual application development tools are used to enhance the appeal and functionality of websites and mobile apps. Prerequisites: "C" or higher in CET 205 .
