MH 246. Introduction to BiostatisticsIntroduction to basic statistical principles and their application in the sciences, especially the life sciences. Includes descriptive statistics, probability, simple hypothesis testing, binomial and Poisson distribution, analysis of variance, and regression and correlation. Three lecture and two laboratory hours per week. Prerequisites: MH 113 .
