Administrative law, intellectual property, securities law, property, investment, estates and trust, negotiable instruments, bankruptcy, secured interest, banking and lease contracts. A student who has received credit for BA 363 is not eligible to enroll in AC 363. Prerequisites: "C" or higher in BA 263.
