AB 402. Rodeo Business Management

Application of management principles and processes to the rodeo business. This course includes but isn't limited to a study of the Pro Rodeo Association guidelines; rodeo logistics and transportation; marketing to contestants and the public; concessions planning and procurement; entertainment; using major computer software to plan contestant and livestock queuing, structure events, taking payments, and managing funds. This course will require students to create a plan for a major rodeo. Prerequisites: AB 300 .
