Creative Writing Minor

This is the program for the Creative Writing minor.

Requirements: 16 hours

Students should take the following courses:

EH 269. Literary Magazine Practicum Credits: 1
EH 302. Introduction to Research Credits: 3
EH 370. Creative Writing Credits: 3
EH 410. Twentieth-Century Poetry Credits: 3
EH 450. Contemporary Fiction Credits: 3
EH 470. Advanced Creative Writing Credits: 3

Note(s):

English majors who also minor in creative writing may not use courses (except EH 302 ) taken in the creative writing minor to count toward the English major.
