Accounting Minor

Requirements: 18 hours

For business majors only, accounting course(s) that are a requirement as a part of any business major curriculum, cannot be counted toward the accounting minor curriculum. For these students, additional approved accounting elective(s) must be taken to satisfy the 18-hour accounting minor. An accounting major may not earn an accounting minor. 

• AC 211. Accounting I Credits: 3
• AC 212. Accounting II Credits: 3
• AC 311. Intermediate Accounting I Credits: 3
• AC 312. Intermediate Accounting II Credits: 3
• AC 325. Accounting Information Systems Credits: 3
• Approved elective in Accounting (3)
• AC 300 Survey of Accounting cannot be used to satisfy the elective in Accounting requirement.
