I. Written Composition: 6 hours
A. Six semester hours from one of the following sequences:

III. Natural Sciences and Mathematics: 11 hours

V. Other Core Requirements (Advisor Approved Electives): 19 hours
A. 9 semester hours:
- Nine semester hours of higher level mathematics (Above MH 113 ) (9)
B. 4 semester hours:
- One additional science course (4 semester hours) from any of the approved science courses with labs in Area III-C (4)
C. 3 semester hours:
- Advisor approved elective (3)
Professional Education Component: 28 hours
Teaching Field Requirements: 32 hours
