This course is designed to provide students with both the theoretical and practical knowledge to design, administer, and evaluate compensation systems. It will address the application of both tangible and intangible forms of compensation to attract, motivate and retain employees in the global marketplace.  Prerequisites: MG 540.   Course Fee: $55.00.
